How to Get a Library Card
Borrowers' cards are free of charge to any person who lives, works, or goes to school in Tulsa County.
- You may register for a library card at any Tulsa City-County Library location, register online, or print and return an application in English or Spanish.
- Just fill out a brief registration form and show proof of identity and address
- Families may obtain cards for each family member or one card per family
- Non-residents' cards are available for an annual fee of $50, and must be obtained in person at a Tulsa City-County Library location.
