How to Get a Library Card

Borrowers' cards are free of charge to any person who lives, works, or goes to school in Tulsa County.

  • You may register for a library card at any Tulsa City-County Library location, Register Online or or print and return an application in English* or Spanish*
  • Just fill out a brief registration form and show proof of identity and address (online registrants must visit a library to activate new library cards)
  • Families may obtain cards for each family member or one card per family
  • Non-residents' cards are available for an annual fee of $50, and must be obtained in person at a Tulsa City-County Library location.
