Are these courses free? If so why is there a charge on every course I looked ? For example,$75for stress management?

The above description says you can enroll in up to five courses. Is that five at a time, or is that a total limit?

Hi, Stephanie,

I'm not sure about proof of enrollment, but Universal Class does offer proof of completion. Upon passing the final test, you receive a certificate documenting that you took and completed the course.
