Maintaining a sense of urgency presents a challenge for many businesses. An urgency focus results in increased efficiency, meaningful work and a culture that leverages individual talent. During our upcoming Small Business Forum, attendees will be presented with tools that can be put to use immediately to cultivate and sustain a "sense of urgency" within their organizations.

As a speaker, author, consultant and executive coach, Aulph has proven success in leadership development and training, talent management, organizational development, change management and operational excellence. She has held executive positions in Fortune 500 companies in the high-tech and automotive industries.
