• Applications for the 2013 calendar year will be accepted through February 28, 2013.

• The grant application form and instructions may be found at http://www.orgs.utulsa.edu/hecr.

• Applicants will be notified by email of their award status by April 1, 2013.

• Recipients will be recognized at the HECR Awards Ceremony at Tulsa Community College Metro Campus at 4:00 p.m. on April 18, 2013.

The group was founded upon the recommendation of the 1990 Comprehensive Cultural Plan of the City of Tulsa. Visit the HECR website at http://www.orgs.utulsa.edu/hecr for more information about HECR.
