Join the Tulsa Regional Chamber for June’s Small Business Forum on delegation with Mary Lemmond of Tulsa Technology Center. As a small business owner and the assistant superintendent of Jenks Schools, Lemmond has considerable experience managing delegation issues and significant insights for ensuring quality and bridging generational gaps in delegation. Keeping with this theme, Judy Elliot, director of business and industry services at Tulsa Tech, will explain services available through Tulsa Tech for area businesses.
I enjoy learning about history from reading fiction. I find it far more interesting and less likely to be bloated with the boring parts of history—politics and war—and more focused on people and how political situations and cultural changes directly affect them. I like historical fiction and lately seem to be particularly drawn to novels that feature real people. I’m currently reading Beautiful Fools: The Last Affair of Zelda and Scott Fitzgerald by R. Clifton Spargo.
