The library’s Tulsa Organizations and Services (or TOS) database provides great information on local agencies that recycle a wide variety of materials from paper, plastic and glass to computers, yard brush, and florescent light bulbs.

To see what agencies offer recycling services, select the Research tab at the top of the library’s homepage and click Tulsa Organizations and Services. Do a Subject search of Recycling and you’ll get a short list of subcategories. The top category, Recycling Waste Etc, provides a list of 13 area organizations.

Topics covered include Curbside Recycling (Tulsa City Hall), Recyclables drop off locations (Metropolitan Environmental Trust Recycling Centers), Household Pollutant collection (Earth Day), Abitibi Paper Retriever (Recycling), and many others.
