Book Groups at Tulsa City-County Library

Bixby
A-Book-A-Month Book Discussion Group for Adults meets at the library usually on a Wednesday from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. once a month. Copies of the current selection are on display. Call 918.549.7514 after 12:00 for dates and titles.

Broken Arrow
Open Book meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.  This group is in collaboration with Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow.

Brookside
The Brookside Book Discussion group meets on the 2nd Monday of every month from 1:30 to 2:30. No need to pre-register, just come join us for a lively discussion. Call the Brookside Library at 918.549.7507 for a copy of the book.

Central
Please join us on the 2nd Thursday of the month (September through May) for great books and lively discussion! We meet in the Plaza Room (2nd Floor), 2:00-3:00 pm. Attendance at every session is not required, but please read the book. Call 918.549.7475 for more information.

The Page Samplers meet on the third Wednesday of the month from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Martin Regional
Thursday Afternoon Book Club. The book discussion runs from 1:30-3pm on the third Thursday of each month. More information is available at the Information Desk at Martin or by calling 918.549.7590.

Owasso
"Books with Barbara" meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 11:30 - 12:30. You may bring a sack lunch. For more information, check the Event Guide or call 918.549.7624.

Peggy V. Helmerich
"Books People are Talking About" meets monthly during the school year, usually on the third Wednesday, from 12:15 to 1:15 PM. We typically focus on a theme, with several selections (both fiction and non-fiction) to choose from.  Light refreshments are provided by Friends of the Helmerich Library.  Check the monthly event guide or call 918.549.7631 for more information.

Rudisill Regional 
The Grapevine Literary Society is an informal membership organization, open to all men and women who are interested in discussing and expanding their knowledge of literature written primarily by African-American authors.
