Multiple Requests

You may have up to 100 active requests at one time.

If you have not logged in to your account, you will receive a form that asks for your login information.

If you are logged in to your account, you will only be asked to complete the (Choose a Pickup Location) box. You can pick up your materials at any Tulsa City-County Library location, even if it is a different branch from the one you are placing your request.

“Your List of Saved Records” is displayed below the form. If you want to request all of the items in the list, click the Request All button. If you do not want to request all of the items, place a checkmark in the Request column next to the item(s) you want, and then click the Request Selected button.

After choosing the items to request, the system processes and displays the status of the request(s). Click Done to close the status window. Once closed, the status window cannot be reopened.

The system then displays the request status in the "Status" column of the request screen. The request screen may need to be refreshed.

When your requested item(s) become available for pickup, you will receive notification by telephone, e-mail, or U.S. Mail, depending upon the method you selected when you registered for your library card. Requested items are held for seven days. By logging in to your account, you can track the status or cancel your request(s)/hold(s).
