Central Library Parking
Parking at Central Library is located west of the building off of 4th Street.
Parking for Library users
To receive library-use reduced-rate parking, please Time In and Time Out stamp your parking ticket at the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor service desks.

- Parking is free before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. Monday-Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday for Library Users.
- If you attend a Library-sponsored program or computer class, parking is free for the length of the event with a properly validated ticket.
- Parking is free after 3:30 p.m. weekdays for high school students with school identification.
