The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has provided funding to create special Computer Centers at these Tulsa City-County Libraries.

The Gates Foundation selected these libraries based on specific demographic criteria. The goal is to narrow the digital divide and put computers closest to those people least likely to have access to a home or business computer. Each library with a Gates Computer Center has four public PCs with software for personal use.
