Public computers in all libraries for quick and accurate access to the library's catalog; indexes to and summaries of magazine & newspaper articles; community information files; Tulsa County land records; catalogs of other Oklahoma libraries, the Internet, and selected online reference sources.   Certain computer skills classes are also offered. Outreach Services Department (Central Library)
The Outreach Department provides library service to those in the Tulsa area who are unable to come to the library. This includes the homebound, the disabled, residents of low income apartment complexes and jails and shelters.

Photocopying machines.

Literacy tutoring -- Trained volunteers work with adults who want to learn to read.

Research Wizard -- Fee-based research service.

Summer reading programs for children and young adults.

Assignment Alert -- teachers and librarians work together to provide library materials for students' assignments.
