Who is your absolute favorite romance fiction author?

In the past several years, TCCL has had the pleasure to host romance authors Meg Cabot, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Pamela Palmer, Julia Quinn, Rachel Cabot and Elizabeth Boyle.

My very favorite is Nora Roberts of course. I so fall in love right along with the people in her books that I miss them when the book comes to an end. Second is Terry Brooks and the Magic Kingdom series.

My favorite romance author is Jennifer Crusie. She creates strong and funny characters with flaws and strengths. Meg Cabot is another one of my favorites.

I love Merline Lovelace. I would love to meet either Merline Lovelace or Christina Dodd. Oklahoma women who have written some very good and addicting works.

Julie Garwood. She writes the best regency romance. Her older books are my all time favorite.
