Library Card Online Registration

This form is for first time card-holders only. Lost cards may be replaced at any branch library. Cards will be mailed to your home address. Please stop by the library to activate your card, bringing your card and something that shows proof of identity and current address.  Please allow 3 -5 business days for your application to be processed and your card sent.
We do not send cards to post office boxes.

If you do not meet the above qualifications, library cards must be obtained in person at a Tulsa City-County Library location, and there will be an annual fee of $50.

If you are under the age of 16, you must provide a name, address, and phone number for your parent or guardian in order for your card to be activated.
