2009 Summer Reading Program Mayor's Challenge

The results are in and the winner is Collinsville, with a 60.2% completion rate!

For the second year, Sand Springs Mayor Bob Walker is challenging Tulsa County community mayors to a competition to see which community will have the most kids participate and complete the Summer Reading Program. Mayor Walker sent his challenge letter to other area mayor's and city managers.
