What can I do if I can't login to my OverDrive account?

Make sure you are entering your entire library card number with no spaces.

Customers with Non-Resident cards are not permitted to access OverDrive.

There could be a problem with your account.

• Your library card may be expired
• You may have more than $25 in fines
• You may have overdue items

**NOTE: If you get a new library card, your new card number will not automatically be updated on your OverDrive account. To update your card number with OverDrive, Contact Support.
