Entrepreneurs of Tulsa, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging formation of new businesses and growth of existing businesses in Northeastern Oklahoma.
Oklahoma Department of Commerce provides information for new and existing businesses including economic incentives and grant opportunities when available.
Oklahoma Native American Business Development Center (ONABDC) provides business assistance free of charge to Native American and other minority owned companies for the entire state of Oklahoma.
Oklahoma Small Business Development Center (OSBDC) p rovides information for individuals starting or expanding businesses including information about SBA loan programs. SBA does not offer grants but does provide a listing of federal grant opportunities (http://www.sba.gov/expanding/grants.html)
Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE). Tulsa SCORE Chapter 194 is a non-profit national organization of retired business people whose members work with people who want to start a business, expand an existing business, buy or sell an existing business, or analyze an existing business.
Tulsa Business Assistance Center provides a ssistance with starting and planning a new or existing business, including advice on employee training, marketing, and manufacturing a product.

Internal Revenue Service provides helpful information for individuals interested in starting a small business or wanting to establish a nonprofit.
OCAST: Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science & Technology “is a small, high-impact agency funded by state appropriations and governed by a board of directors with members from both the private and public sector.”
SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) “ is a federal government program administered by 10 federal agencies for the purpose of helping to provide early-stage Research and Development funding to small technology companies (or individual entrepreneurs who form a company).”
Start-Up Journal – The Wall Street Journal Center for Entrepreneurs offers articles, hints, tips and links for new and aspiring business owners.
U.S. Small Business Administration provides information for new and existing businesses from starting and financing a business to disaster recovery. A new online chat services allows business owners and entrepreneurs to have questions answered by SBA administrators and successful business owners.
