Lending Policies & Procedures
The TCCL ILL department accepts ILL requests via OCLC (symbol: TUL), email, fax, and mail. If you send requests via fax or mail, please enclose two copies of each request.
Our materials check out for 45 days from the date shipped. Items are generally sent with a No Renewal restriction, but requests for renewal will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Renewal requests must be made via phone, e-mail, or online through OCLC. We do not charge for loans or photocopies.
Non-circulating material includes: genealogy, reference, periodicals, microfilm/fiche, CD-ROMs and other electronic resources (due to licensing restrictions). We DO lend audio-visual materials.
