LearningExpress eBooks – One Time Free Registration Process
Once you have registered, you can access LearningExpress resources from both in and outside of the library with your valid TCCL library card via an Internet accessible computer.
Register on a Computer Outside of the Library
- Go to http://www.tulsalibrary.org/research/alphabetic_list.asp#L
- Click LearnATest/LearningExpress
- Enter your last name and your valid TCCL library card number (with no spaces)
- Select New User
- Username Register with your 14-digit library card number
- Password Create a password of your choice
- Verify your password by entering it a second time
- Click Continue to enter the LearningExpress products
Register on a Computer at the Library

- Click LearnATest/LearningExpress
- Select New User

LearningExpress includes the interactive online learning resource series Job & Career Success Skills. These are self-paced study and interactive lessons on job searching, networking skills, writing resumes and cover letters, interviewing tips, and general on-the-job success aptitude.
The LearnATest series is comprised of online interactive practice tests designed to help students and adult learners succeed on academic or licensing tests. You'll get immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of your practice exam results. Tests include: law enforcement; civil service; real estate; GED, ACT, and SAT; AP English, history, government, mathematics & science; elementary, middle and high school skills improvement; EMS and firefighter; writing skills improvement; U.S. Citizenship; and more!
