The Peggy Helmerich Library will be closed temporarily for light renovation. We anticipate the closure to last several weeks. During the closure, any items you have placed on hold will be sent to Hardesty Library.

SBA, the Department of Health Human and Services, and Small Business Majority have teamed up for a free weekly webinar series so small business owners can learn the basics of the Affordable Care Act and how they can enroll in health insurance marketplaces.
A Navigator is trained and able to help consumers, small businesses, and their employees as they look for health coverage options through the Marketplace, including completing eligibility and enrollment forms.
Navigators will be at these Tulsa City-County Library locations to answer questions about the Affordable Care Act and to assist anyone needing help registering for and purchasing insurance through the Marketplace.
Love it or hate it, the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, is the law of the land, and there is a lot being said about it. In case you are having trouble wading through all of the information (and misinformation) out there, the library’s Research Center has put together a guide to help you navigate some aspects of the ACA.
This all-day event is a unique opportunity to learn how innovations in healthcare delivery will radically improve quality, reduce cost, enhance access and satisfaction with the healthcare you, your family and your business will experience in the future.
Join us Saturday, September 21 10am-noon at Hardesty Regional Library (8316 E. 93rd St) for an explanation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Come to learn what to expect, or not expect, when open enrollment starts on October 1.
