This interactive session will be presented by Robert J. Doolittle, PhD. Dr. Doolittle is a retired faculty member of the University of Tulsa Department of Communication where he taught courses such as persuasion, conflict management and political communication for more than 25 years.

The Foundation Center has launched the next generation of IssueLab, a web site that provides free and open access to resources that analyze the world's most pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges and their potential solutions.
