  • Adult Protective Services investigates suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults. The APS program assists clients 18 years of age and older. When someone is concerned about the well-being of a vulnerable friend, neighbor, or relative APS will listen and respond to assist. The program helps our vulnerable and ageing population find and obtain needed and appropriate services to assist in a variety of areas. Our purpose is to promote independence and safe living for our vulnerable clients.
  • This is a service provided through the Department of Human services and is a free service.
  • Services include: In certain circumstances emergency response is warranted and response is immediate to vulnerable clients.
  • PROTECTION FOR THE ELDERLY. Investigation of mistreatment and provided services through Department of Human Services. Age 65 and over. No fee.
