COUNSELING AND TESTING provides academic advisement, assessment and testing (GED, SAT, CLEP, Advanced Placement, Accuplacer, TOEFL, CELT, Nelson-Denny and VUE), career services, dSRC counseling, Allied Health Counseling and tutoring. Also offers Adult Re-Entry Programs, new student orientations and seminars for success.

TULSA ACHIEVES PROGRAM. Free tuition offered to Tulsa County high school graduates who qualify. Program pays up to 100 percent of fees related to enrollment at TCC for up to three years or 63 credit hours. Deadline to apply is April 30 each year. NATE WATERS PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC. Standalone clinic will offer both treatment and experience to students. Low- to no-cost for TCC students. Named for TCC alumnus Nate Waters. Ground broken October 2013.
DENTAL HYGIENE CLINIC. Offers dental services to the public at reasonable rates. Services include exams, prophylaxis (cleaning), fluoride treatments, oral health education, X-rays and sealants. Appointments 918-595-7022.
