Arkansas River Historical Society
The Society, established in 1981, seeks to preserve the history and increase public awareness of the Arkansas River and the development of its basin. Through the acquisition, research, interpretation and display of artifacts, and the development of educational programs, the River's contributions to the future will be secured through the preservation of its past.

Broken Arrow Genealogical Society
Broken Arrow Genealogical Society was formed in 1976 to assist members with family research, to encourage the preservation of local history and to publish genealogical and historical information for the use of present and future generations.

Bixby Historical Society
The mission of the Bixby Historical Society is to:
· Preserve the history of Bixby.
· Provide an education opportunity about the history of Bixby & South Tulsa County.
· Share our heritage.

Creek Nation Society
Creek Nation Society is a branch organization of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Members are ages 0-21. Eligibility: proof of lineage to an ancestor who served in the American Revolution. Affiliated with Oklahoma Society of the Children of the American Revolution.

DAR National Society Oklahoma Chapters
As one of the most inclusive genealogical societies in the country, DAR boasts 168,000 members in 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally.

Family History Centers in Oklahoma
Family History Centers are branch facilities of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. Centers provide access to most of the microfilms and microfiche in the Family History Library to help patrons identify their ancestors.  Everyone is welcome to come to the centers and use Family History Center resources.

North Tulsa Historical Society
The memory of North Tulsa must be preserved for future generations. Pioneers who made their economic mark with the attitude for success. Entrepreneurs, Hospitals, Educators, Schools, Doctors, Lawyers, and the many Mom and Pop Business owners who's achievements will carry on into the 21st Century.

Oklahoma Historical Society
To preserve and perpetuate the history of Oklahoma and its people by collecting, interpreting and disseminating knowledge of Oklahoma and the Southwest.

Oklahoma Society of Mayflower Descendants
The purpose of the organization is to perpetuate the memory of the Pilgrim Fathers, defend the principles of civil and religious liberty, to maintain ideals and institutions of American freedom, and oppose any theories or actions that threaten them. Members must prove ancestry back to Mayflower.

Tulsa Historical Society
It is the purpose of the Tulsa Historical Society to advance an understanding of the history and cultures of the Tulsa region for the benefit of present and future generations.

Turley Historical Society
The community of Turley is located in Tulsa County north of the city of Tulsa and south of the town of Sperry.
