The following collections are located on the 4th floor of the Central
Library in the Research Center. Copies can be made, but these materials
don’t check out. The following are just a few of the Tulsa-area
publications available at the Central Library.
- Oklahoma Eagle , 1990-present (microfilm and print)
- This weekly newspaper covers events in north Tulsa with a special emphasis on the African American community.
- Tulsa Daily Democrat , 1900-1919 (microfilm)
- This early day newspaper eventually became the Tulsa Tribune
- Tulsa Daily World , 1906-present (microfilm and print)
- This newspaper eventually becomes the Tulsa World.
- Tulsa Tribune ( Democrat ), 1919-1992 (microfilm)
- Tulsa’s evening paper until 1992
