I'd Like To Find Out Who Owns A Piece Of Property Up The Street From Me. Can I Access The County Land Records At The Library?

Yes, the library does have access to the Tulsa County Land Records. Using these databases, you can look up residential and commercial properties by address, owner, subdivision, and more. You can also access the Land Records to find out information about your own property, such as square footage, year built, and tax details. If you are looking to buy a home, it's also a good resource to see if your potential new home has any existing liens before you buy.

To access the Tulsa County Land Records, go to the library's Research & Learn tab and select the 'Land Records' link under the Study Guides heading. This page provides a wealth of information about how to use the databases, including tutorials and a glossary, as well as other property related resources, such as the Tulsa County Public Lands Records database and Tulsa View, a program currently available by appointment in our Research Center. Call 918-549-7323 for more information.

You can also access the database via the Alphabetical List of Resources, under Tulsa County Land Records.
