New Location for Literacy

A few folks have already popped by to check out our new digs, and we want to encourage to all of our tutors, students, and various volunteers to stop by our new building now that we’re open! We have moved and our materials collection is all set up and ready to be browsed! We also have a self-check machine available for those who want to check out any literacy items while they’re here.
Not sure how to find us? We are located at the southeast corner of E. 29th St. and S. Harvard Ave. Our building looks a little non-descript and still has some old Genealogy Library signage, but a good rule of thumb to find us is: when you’re near 29th and Harvard, look for the bright red Golden Chef sign; turn east into the neighborhood at the Golden Chef sign; turn into the first parking lot you see on your right side; depending on the time of day, you might even see some of our bookmobiles parked in the parking lot. We are open Monday-Friday, 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Hope to see you soon!
