State of the Union Action Items... the Library can Help

save the middle class

Last night was the State of the Union Address... it was President Barrack Obama's fifth State of the Union. A large focus of this year's speech was on the middle class -- " But what I offer tonight is a set of concrete, practical proposals to speed up growth, strengthen the middle class, and build new ladders of opportunity into the middle class."

Today is another day and regardless of actions taken, or not taken, by the President or the Congress to help the middle class, the Tulsa City-County Library is here with our own set of ladders to assist our patrons with their climb to the top.
