Travels With Tulsans is one of the Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries' longest running programs. Presented by notable community members, this lunchtime travelogue series runs each January-February. Bring a brown bag lunch or grab something from the Central Library Starbucks and settle in to learn more about these fascinating locales both near and far.

Jan. 30 - Croatia, Slovenia and Slovakia with George Moudry

Feb. 6 - Havasu Falls and the People of the Blue Green Water with Brandon Caruso
Brandon Caruso takes us to this hidden gem just outside the Grand Canyon. The Havasupai People, or "People of the Blue Green Water," host yearly limited tourism and hiking into the tribe's ancestral grounds. | EVENT DETAILS

Feb. 13 - Unseen India with Bernie and Carla Guzik
Bernie and Carla Guzik spent two weeks in remote parts of eastern India meeting and photographing mountain tribes. Learn more about this unique travel experience they call “the greatest trip we have ever taken.” | EVENT DETAILS

Feb. 20 - Mysteries of Myanmar with Barbara McCrary
Known as one of the most secretive places on earth, Myanmar (formerly Burma) has only recently been opened to tourists. English teacher Barbara McCrary visited Myanmar after falling in love with her refugee students.  | EVENT DETAILS

Feb. 27 - Beautiful States of Mind with Cinda Benton
