Tulsa City-County Library’s free mobile app turns your smartphone into a library on the go. Convenience is key to connecting with a librarian, downloading your favorite books and music, and searching the library’s catalog of services.

The modern design features a more intuitive and easy-to-read layout. Enhanced services allow readers to checkout and download digital items from within the app, get real-time information about catalog records, browse and filter newly added items, access to My Shelves, browse reading lists, and access all of the library’s digital content providers.

NEW Build A Reader App

Use the new Build A Reader app to talk, sing, read, write and play every day to help your child develop early literacy skills.

  • Parents and caregivers can create one account with multiple child profiles.
  • The new Reading Tracker feature lets you track books for each child to earn sticker and trophy awards in the app.
  • Book recommendations for baby/toddler and preschool ages link directly to our catalog or BookFlix and are updated regularly.
  • Short, bite-sized videos show TCCL staff demonstrating songs and finger plays with new content added regularly.
