Tulsa City-County Library’s free mobile app turns your smartphone into a library on the go. Convenience is key to connecting with a librarian, downloading your favorite books and music, and searching the library’s catalog of services.
The modern design features an intuitive and easy-to-read layout. Checkout and download digital items from within the app, get real-time information about catalog records, browse and filter newly added items, access My Shelves, browse reading lists, and access all of the library’s digital content providers.
Build A Reader App
Use the Build A Reader app to talk, sing, read, write and play every day to help your child develop early literacy skills.
- Parents and caregivers can create one account with multiple child profiles.
- The Reading Tracker feature lets you track books for each child to earn sticker and trophy awards in the app.
- Book recommendations for baby/toddler and preschool ages are updated regularly and link directly to our catalog or BookFlix.
- Short, bite-sized videos show TCCL staff demonstrating songs and finger plays with new content added regularly.
This app was made possible by a grant from the Hardesty Family Foundation.
