Register Online For A Library Card
Step 1. Fill out the application below
This form is only for new applicants and offers a temporary library card number for instant access to online library services while your information is verified. With this temporary card, you will be able to place up to 10 holds and access library content. Once you receive your full service library card you will be able to check out materials and use library computers.
Step 2. Follow the instruction in your welcome email
Your welcome email will provide your temporary barcode and password so you can have access to our online library services right away. Details on acquiring a full service library card are included in the email.
- If you request a full service card to be mailed to your home as part of your application, and you qualify, our staff will mail a library card to your address. It’s that easy! To verify your address through this form and qualify for a full service card, you'll need to be 18 or older and own the property of the permanent address submitted below. Otherwise, if you live, work, own property or go to school in Tulsa County, you can come into any of our locations to pick up your full service library card.
Step 3. Continue to the library’s catalog, powered by BiblioCommons, and create your username
At the catalog, you can:
- Track your borrowing.
- Rate and review titles you borrow, and share your opinions on them.
- Get personalized recommendations.
- And more!
