Circle of Care is a foster care and prevention agency. Our mission is to provide help, healing and hope to children and families in crisis across the state.

Services and Programs

• Counseling services
• Transitional living programs for youth aging out of foster care
• Transitional living programs for single moms seeking to regain custody of children through DHS
• Speakers
