Porta Caeli House is a "social model hospice home" which provides loving care for the dying in the last month of life.

PCH is strictly a hospice house

Speakers

We have no minimum/maximum age requirement to stay at Porta Caeli House but do require guests to be on hospice service with one of the local areas hospice agencies.
