Mission
Our mission is based upon Luke 4:18. We give hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless, healing to the broken hearted, sight to the blinded and liberty to those that are bruised. WOF’s goal is to first meet the individual’s physical needs.
To promote lasting change through encouraging a personal relationship with Christ, fostered through regular church services, faith-based counseling and accountability.
