Programs and Services

Along with our compassionate care, Clarehouse offers a robust education program with a focus on clinical and community education and sharing our model nationally. We offer clinical rotations, internships and externships for healthcare students and medical residents. Our community programs range from starting the conversation about what matters most to how to document your healthcare wishes and plan ahead. Through Omega Home Network, we share our model of care and nonprofit experience with developing and established end-of-life homes across the US.

Potential residents must be enrolled in a local hospice, be focused on comfort care only, have a DNR and be in about the last month or so of life. We are unable to provide skilled nursing care or treatments such as: tube feedings, IVs or injections, acute or in-patient level of care, blood sugar management, tracheostomy care.
