Mission

Skillz on Wheelz (SOW) provides a solution to the mental health needs in north Tulsa by providing mobile mental health services in the community.  Bringing together resources for the community in a culturally appropriate and responsive manner, SOW is partnering with faith-based organizations, schools, and community-based organizations to address community mental health needs. SOW focuses mental health service delivery in north Tulsa which has residents disproportionately impacted by the criminal justice system, health disparities, and limited access to resources to address mental health needs.
