Additional skill development: Soft-skills, transferrable skills, listening skills, communication, public speaking, networking, small talk, using presentation software, impromptu speaking, speaking off the cuff, leadership skills, social speeches, speech writing, story-telling, interview skills, evaluation, speeches designed to influence or persuade, decision-making, team-building, time-management, problem-solving, direct and indirect communication, ability to think on your feet, build a blog, poise and confidence in high-pressure situations. You must be age 18 or older.
