Organizations Providing Food and/or Meals:

Arms Around BA - 840 S. Elm Pl., Broken Arrow. Mon, Wed, and Fri 10:00-3:00. 918-258-7714. Provides assistance to Broken Arrow, Bixby, and Coweta residence. Must have ID and proof of address date in the last 30 days.

Bixby Outreach Center - Food Pantry serving Bixby, Mounds, Haskell, Kiefer, Beggs, Leonard, and Liberty citizens. Tue-Thur 10am-3pm. Call for an appointment. 918-366-9226. 

Broken Arrow Neighbors 315 W. College, Broken Arrow. Serving residents of Broken Arrow and Coweta. By appointment only. Schedule an appointment at https://baneighbors.net/appointment-request/. For all adults, bring ID, proof of residence, and most recent monthly income (there is no income limit, they gather the information for statistical purposes). For all children, bring proof of ID like a birth certificate or school enrollment.

Burkett Care Center 1301 S. Canton Ave. Last Saturday of the month 10:00-12:00. 2 visits per month. Bring ID.

Catholic Charities Food Pantry. 2450 N. Harvard. 918-508-7135. Mon - Fri 9:00-2:00. Tue 5:00-7:00pm. Last Saturday of the month 9:00am-12:00pm. Bring ID for each household member. 1 visit per month.

Christ for Humanity - 6413 E. 13th St. Mon-Thur 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00. 918-836-2424.

Christview Christian Church - 2525 S. Garnett. 3rd Saturdays. 9:00am. Call 918-663-6533 for times.

Commonground Church Food Pantry - 7810 E. 49th St. Fontana square shopping center. Mon 6:00-8:00pm. Bring ID and proof of residence. 2 visits per month.

Dividing Bread Ministry - 217 S. 1st, Sperry. Thur 11:00-2:00. Sat 10:30-12:00.  Hominy location - 121 S. Price Ave. Mon 11-2.

Emergency Infant Services - Express Visits include diapers, wipes, and formula only. Full visits include those things plus possible additional items like clothing, toys, and car seats. Downtown Location: 1110 S. Denver. Mon-Fri 9-2:30. TPS Parent Resource Center (Express visits only): 525 E. 46th St. N. Mon-Fri 10-4. Mobile services also available. Serving families with one or more children under 5 years old. Bring your ID and identification for each child under 5 (birth certificates, vaccine records, hospital footprints, or guardian documents accepted. NO social security cards.) 

Eastland Assembly of God - 12310 E 21st. Serving the 74108, 74112, 74128, 74129, 74134, 74145, and 74146 zip codes. First and third Tue. 6:00-7:00.

First Baptist Caring Center - 305 S. Detroit. Mon-Thur 10:00-11:45. Bring ID and proof of residence. 1 visit per month.

Food on the Move Monthly block parties with groceries, free food truck meals, DJ, kids zones, haircuts, and more. See website for dates and locations.

Harvest House - 1439 E 71st. Food, clothing, eyeglasses, bus tokens, utility help, and infant services. Wednesdays by appointment. To make an appointment call 918-884-7667 and leave a message. Emergency preselected groceries Tue and Wed 1:00-4:00.

Heaven Sent Food Pantry - Skiatook First Assembly of God. 1500 S. Osage Ave., Skiatook. 918-210-7780. See Facebook for times and dates. 

Helping Hand Ministry - 709 S. Boston. Mon and Tue 9:00-12:00. 918-582-1356. Call for an appointment.

Iron Gate - 501 W. Archer. Pantry Mon, Wed, Fri by appointment only. Hot meal every day 8:30-10:30. 918-879-1702. 1 visit per month for groceries.

Jenks Community Food Bank 324 W. Aquarium Pl., Jenks. Serving residents in the Jenks School District. Drive through food pick up. Wed and Sat 10:00-12:00. 1 non-perishable visit per month. 1 perishable visit per week. Bring ID and proof of residence.

John 3:16 Mission - 2027 N. MLK Jr. Blvd. Reservations required. 918-592-1186. 1 visit per month. Bring ID and proof of residence.

Kendall Whittier, Inc. 2915 E. 5th St. Serving residents in the area bounded by Lansing and Harvard, Pine and 11th. Call 918-592-3000 to apply.

Loaves and Fishes 11321 E. 19th St. Tue, Wed, and Sat 10:00 - meal, 10:30 - food bank. 918-234-8577. Bring ID and proof of Oklahoma residence.

Manna House - 1307 W. 22nd St. Tue 9:00-2:00 while supplies last. Serving residents of 74110 and 74115 zip codes. 918-949-6292.

Mercy Mission II - 114 E 147th St., Glenpool. Mon and Wed. 12:00-3:00. Sat 10:00-12:00.

The Ministry Center - 312 S. 33rd W. Ave. Tue -Thur 9:30-12:30. 918-585-5310. ID and proof of dependents (social security cards, school enrollment, birth certificate, etc.)

Mission on Main Street - 924 W. Main, Collinsville. First Sat 8:30-11:00 and second Tue 6:00-8:00. Bring ID and current utility bill. 1 visit per month.

Neighbors Along the Line - 5000 W. Charles Page Blvd. Service residents of the area bounded by the Western edge of Sand Springs and I-244; and Edison and the Arkansas River. Mon and Tue 1:00-4:00. Wed 3:00-5:45. Thur 1:00-6:00. 1 visit per month. Bring ID, proof of residence in the service area, social security cards for each member of the household, letter from DHS showing amount of food stamps received, proof of income, or alternatively, proof of no income.

Night Light - 201 N. Maybelle. Thur 7:00-9:00. Meals and groceries, including dog food.

Owasso Community Resources - 101 N. Birch. Mon - Fri 11am - 2pm. Serving Owasso, Collinsville, and Sperry school districts. 1 non-perishable visit every 2 months. 1 perishable visit per week. Check website for extended hours on select Thursdays. 

Restore Hope Ministries - 2960 Charles Page Blvd. Mon-Thur 12:30-3:30 and 6910 S. 101st E. Ave. Mon- Thur 12:30-3:30. Bring and ID for each member of the household and proof of residence in Tulsa County. Check website for dates the pantry is closed.

Sand Springs Community Services 114 W. 4th St., Sand Springs. Mon-Thur 10:00-2:30. After hours emergency appointments available. 918-245-5183.

Sandusky Ave Church Food Pantry 4424 E. 11th. Third Sundays 12:00-1:30. 1 visit per month. Bring ID and proof of residence in Tulsa County. Emergency aid available by appointment. 918-834-4427.

Skiatook Emergency Assistance (SEAC) 319 E. Rogers Blvd. Serving Avant, Skiatook, and Sperry. 918-396-1137. Office open Mon. 9-2. Assistance available Tue. 11-6, Wed. 10-2, Thur. 10-2, third Saturday of the month 10-2. Bring ID, proof of residence, and proof of income. There is an income requirement. If you are seeking utility assistance, the bill must be in your name.

South Tulsa Community House - 5780 S. Peoria. Mon - Thur 9:00-3:00. Fri - 9:00-1:00. First and second Wed - 9am-5:30. Limited evening hours available. Call 918-742-5597 for an appointment.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program SNAP

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Federal assistance for those whose income meets eligibility requirements.  SNAP is administered through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. ACCESS CARDS are accepted at most stores and Farmers' Markets for food and food plants.  918-581-2401.

All children in Tulsa Public Schools receive a free breakfast and a free lunch

Tulsa Public Schools Summer Cafe provides lunch and breakfast to any child under 18 with no paperwork required at more than 70 locations during Summer Break.  918-833-8673
