In the more than 20 years since J.K. Rowling first published “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” millions of readers have embraced the magical world of muggles, wizards and quidditch.

All ages will enjoy an evening of Hogwarts hijinks, activities and dancing. Every participant will also receive a house tie, wand and their own Hogwarts acceptance letter. Registration is required for this event, visit http://events.tulsalibrary.org/event/1408780, to reserve your spot.

   Family activities include:

  • Costume contest for all ages
  • Get sorted into your own Hogwarts House
  • Paint your own Patronus art
  • Wand lessons
  • Harry Potter trivia
  • Magical face-painting station
  • Pin the Tail on the Phoenix

The Tulsa Zoo will present “Care of Magical Creatures” twice during the event. Seating is limited and preregistration is required.
