Communities of Distinction Features Tulsa City-County Library's "Librarium"

Librarium is a new customer experience in downtown Tulsa, which Tulsa City-County Library opened to provide library service to downtown Tulsa while Central Library is closed for renovation. Librarium is a fully functional branch AND a testing facility to better serve the 21st century customer.
