TCCL is partnering with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and Gale/Cengage Learning to offer Tulsa County residents the opportunity to complete their high school diploma online at no cost.
This is not a high-school-equivalency certification; completing the Excel High School program means you will receive a high school diploma from a federally-accredited high school.
Scholarship recipients must reside in Tulsa County, be 25 or older, must have access to a device and an Internet connection that will allow them to use the Excel site, and must complete the prerequisite course required by Excel.
