Mission
ADO stands for A Development Organization, but we like to think of ourselves as a "DO" Foundation. We provide equitable resources to improve education and promote community through our reading programs, cognitive curriculum training, school and art supply resources, youth empowerment workshops and small business support. We push for all to have an equal opportunity to education, self growth, and to explore the benefits of creativity and free expression, which better strengthens the ability to thrive.
We choose to be part of the change that is needed for future generations to thrive. Awareness of the importance of community and economic development helps us support lasting organizations, projects, and programs in our communities. This not only impacts people today, but empowers people's ability to take control and act for the wellbeing of themselves and their communities in the future.
