Publicity approval for TCCL meeting room users

Thank you for utilizing a meeting room at the Library. All publicity outside of your organization regarding a meeting or event held at a library location must be approved in advance.  

Posters, announcements, and promotional material must be professional in appearance, lettering, and reproduction, and must provide information about services, activities, or events of established non-profit community organizations in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. Services, activities, and events must be of a civic, cultural, charitable or educational nature and available to the public without prejudice or discrimination.

Contact information for the organization must be included on the material.

Please ensure that it does not appear the Library is sponsoring your meeting or event.

Communication about meetings or events, including Press releases, posts to webpages or other social media outlets, also need to be approved in advance.

After submitting your request below, you will be contacted by email. If the materials are approved, please take a copy of the email along with your materials, to the Library locations you would like to have it displayed. Not all locations will have room for all materials, and approval does NOT guarantee display space.

 Unapproved publicity may jeopardize your ability to utilize TCCL Meeting rooms in the future.
