How to TCCL: Literacy Resources for All

One in six adults in Tulsa County cannot read the prescription label on a medicine bottle, understand a newspaper article or enter complete information on an application. Our free literacy resources and services can help YOU learn English and improve your speaking, reading and listening skills no matter your age or literacy level.  Please note that the resources  below are free, but they may require an active TCCL card and email address.
