Grow Academy is helping local entrepreneurs cultivate their small businesses 

   Sept. 14, 2022    Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) invites local entrepreneurs to receive expert input on beginning or strengthening their small business through the Grow Academy, available for free to TCCL cardholders. The 10-month program is designed to empower small-business owners by connecting them to library and community resources. 

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Tulsa City-County Library

Celebrate children’s literature with illustrator Katherine Roy at 2022 Books to Treasure

TCCL’s annual Books to Treasure program makes the power of art and literature accessible to children of all ages with a live event highlighting a beloved children’s book creator and a select piece of their work.

Earn a high school diploma for free through the library

   Aug. 11, 2022    Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) partnered with the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) and Gale/Cengage Learning to offer five Tulsa County residents the opportunity to earn their high school diploma for free through Excel High School.  

Jeanne B. Goodwin Storytelling Festival brings imagination to life at the library

The annual Jeanne B. Goodwin Storytelling Festival celebrates the rich tradition of sharing wisdom through words and activities. All ages can enjoy storytelling, a book creation station, DIY rhythm sticks, and more at the celebration on July 12, 2-3:30 p.m., at Rudisill Regional Library, 1520 N. Hartford.

Celebrate Family History Month with the Genealogy Center

   June 14, 2022    Discover and share your family’s heritage with a series of free programs from Tulsa City-County Library’s (TCCL) Genealogy Center. During Family History Month this July, new and seasoned genealogy researchers are invited to explore their genealogical roots through a variety of programs all month at TCCL locations across Tulsa County.
