            Government Information
      
    The Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) offers the public free and unrestricted access to Federal Government information in print, microform and electronic formats. As a participant in the Federal Depository Library Program all of the federal, state, and local publications are part of the Research Center collections. Numerous research guides serve as finding aids to organize government sources of information and data.

            Nonprofit Resource Center
      
    As a Funding Information Network partner of the Foundation Center, the Nonprofit Resource Center at TCCL provides visitors with free public access to the tools needed to form a nonprofit organization, search funding opportunities, write grant proposals and learn about the world of philanthropy. The Nonprofit Resource Center is located at the Central Library. The collection includes reference materials, circulating books, periodicals and access to databases such as Foundation Directory Online. The Nonprofit Resource Center is open and available to the public during regular library hours.

            Tulsa & Oklahoma History
      
    To promote lifelong learning and contribute to a stronger community, Tulsa City-County Library collects, organizes, and preserves materials on the history of our area. We provide access to materials both online and in the Oklahoma Room. The Oklahoma Room is located on the 3rd floor of Central Library and is open to the public during regular library hours.
